Alcohol is always a good one Wink

I've heard lots of things, like chocolate, wine, oysters and avocado (no wonder I love it so much!) but I don't know if the stuff actually works.

Bad things would be onions, garlic, spinach and anything else that can get stuck in your teeth. Nothing like a big, stinky kiss!

Are we talking about getting a full-on robot chubby here or just getting the pair of you in the mood?

If it's the pair of you then chocolate is always a winner. It gets the dopamine going which is always a good thing. You can overdo it though, and not just from a fat perspective. You can actually peak on chocolate, funnily enough. A good chocolate ice cream (ie. not the sort of stuff they sell at Aldi which may as well be Soylent Green) works wonders.

If you're a bloke and you're after something that'll make you cut diamonds then you need to be looking at ginseng, gingko biloba, cordyceps and rhodiola. The internet is your friend on that score. So make with the Google and credit card details. Protein helps too. Even if it's in supplement form. That little lot can actually work for women too. Anything that promotes blood-flow to the nether regions can't be a bad thing.

Aphrodisiacs aren't just foods.
They are scents as well. And textures.

The scent of ylang-ylang, neroli, rose, jasmine and sandalwood all get you in the mood.
The smooth feeling of silk under your fingertips, the rough texture of stubble, the softness of a curtain of hair, and the slippery wetness of ones own desire, can all combine to get you so hot you can't stand it.
