Korn make me want to cut my ears off.

The chav guys that were in my class at college(thank god I have finished now) used to listen to Linkin Park..I did like them before that. That just put me off them.

I don't belong into any 'group' either.

Some of my current playlist to give people an idea:
Foo Fighters
Greenday
Bruce Springsteen
Muse
Panic! at the disco
Josh Groban
The cure
The who
Gwen Stefani
Black Sabbath.

I know most of that is rock or whatever, but it is all totally different!

I have two computers...

One that I keep all the music on, and then my laptop which I just use for college and stuff.

I have more CD's than HMV does.

I always buy CD's.

It's ok to download the odd song, but not full CD's.

Our spare room is just full of CD's. Boxes and boxes of them.

All my CD's wouldn't get under my bed.

But mine are in alphabetical order, too. (I have a little OCD going on)

Right, am back...

Goth, Mazza with sweet dream could be goth, Ozzy is not goth and the cure deffo are goth (all obvoious IMHO).

Hardware-wise I have a number of CDs, none are under my bed because I keep breaking beds ( Razz ). But ripped they're the best part of half my HDD (age has uses you know).

I think that the fundamental meaning of goth has been subverted by the mainstream, so much so that goth is no longer recognised as such; seemingly heavy metal has taken its place.. Don't get me wrong, I like metal but it is all tripe really.

Goth has soul (no mention of soldiers please), I am ignorant about emo (age again) but it sounds more like whiny indie (cf The Smiths) rather than goth

Hey, Kylie is indie and I Heart kylie...

I think I meant indie that is whiney rather than indie is whiney (just because indie is soooo broad a category and based on record label rather than music Wink )

She was on an indie record label...

So yes she is indie Razz

Bringing it back on topic (almost) try 'Where the wild roses grow' her ballad with Nick Cave

So any 'indie' band that signs for a mjor label is no longer indie ?

I didn't say that!

I just don't class her as indie. I class her as pop.

And I think I'm being pedantic Cool

She certainly tried 'indie' and it just didn't work for her in a financial sense.

Similar with mel c from the spice girls, I'm impressed they both tried it tho
