Hi, I love to dance, although I'm not too great at it... my freind's call me a dad dancer and I'm only 34 and not a dad, lol
Anyway, this change's for me quite often, my current fave to shake my stuff to is Humpty Dump by The Vibrette's - What's your's?

Ooooh there's loads of songs I like dancing to, anything remixed by The Freemason normally gets me going. Black Legend's You See The Trouble with Me and Fat Man Scoop's Put Your Hands Up always gets me on the dance floor. There's loads more but will need to come back to this once I've thought some more.

Well they don't play any of them in my local discotheque!!

For me it has to be good ole 80's stuff - Rick Astley , Shake you your Body - The Jacksons, The Reynolds Girls, Abba (of course!) and just general popstuff that you can have a good bop too.

You dont need to know HOW to, just feel the groove, let your body move! I cant dance to well, but that doesnt stop me!
