Ok i'll start.

When i was a kid and we lived in a pub Alec Guinness stopped by for some lunch. I was too nervous to speak to him but i did shake his hand.

Bernard Manning also came to our pub once, but who wants to shake that twats hand. May he rest in peace.

We used to go to butlins in bognor almost every summer. And one year my brother Bob and I saw the chuckle brothers. My brother asked them for thier autographs, But the taller one said and i quote "F**k off kid"

The most famous person I've met, which was only briefly as he came to watch a film in the cinema I worked in, was Tom Hanks. I had longer conversations with people less well known, but I'd be damned if I knew their names. I was told at the time by them or someone else.

Least you had an excuse. I showed Baddiel and Skinner to their seats when they saw Boggie Nights, and never realised until a bit later when a friend of time told me Sad Dunno what I'd have said, but anyway. This was around the time they were uber cool (they still are, kinda) and 3 lions (world cup version) was relatively fresh in everyone's mind.
