Only for 45 days, but this should maybe teach her a lesson...finally.
She always used to get away with everything too easily in the past.

Police said she appeared intoxicated and failed a field sobriety test in September....so she lost her driving license etc...

Despite that, she continued to drive around....

Two other traffic stops and failure to enroll in a mandated alcohol education program landed her back in court....and now finally: she is going to prison!!!!







No excuses this time, no special treatment and no vip status!

I think this is the best that could have happened to Paris Hilton - maybe she learns her lesson this time....probably this will also be the first time she will be on time.....because if she turns up too late for her prison sentence she will have to stay there for 90 days instead of 45 (she also came 10 minutes to late too court). Maybe this was also the reason why the judge was a bit harder on her - because he had to wait for 10 minutes as Paris turned up late.....
