Ok here we go, what was the first single and album you ever bought, also tell if it was on cd, vinyal, tape or 8 track Wink

Single Was Kajagoogoo's Too Shy on vinyal
Album was Shaken Stevens...Shaky also on vinyal


Both highly embarassing when i think about it...
MInd you the first single I ever owned (e.g) given was

1st single i bought was 'baggy trousers' by madness, first album i bought was 'lexicon of love' by ABC.

dunno the 1st single but the bangles and manic monday was somewhere. but thats ok coz susanna hoffs was the love of my life back then.

six oclock aleady and i was just in the middle of a dream....so good.

the 1st album was either ac/dc back in black on cassette or status quo 1982 on vynil. not sure which came first.

We lived in a Pub and the bloke who used to change all the juke box singles used to give me the extras so there were way to many to remember the first one.

Only joking I never bought that one...I can't remember my first single, but my first album I bought was THE KINKS and I went to see them that year too...it was their first album and of course it was on vinyl, there was only that and 78s at that time. Embarassed
