hi! I am completely new to the forms, so hello everyone!

Slighlty embarssingly, I am completely new to conerts/festivals etc. I love music, mainly dance/trance and I am starting to play out (so if you live in Birmingham u can see me play!).

But I really need to get my finger on the pulse and start going to up and comming conerts for mainstream/alternative sort of band type music. I plan on getting some glastonbury tickets, but what are the other main concerts I should be looking out for?

Please do not mention concerts that have already sold out! I think reading seems pretty good? Anywhere else?

download festival, ozzfest if it's still on, reading and leeds, v fest, there's loads but the local ones are best if you're in Brum try out the local pubs etc i know there are loads but cant think of the names now go down to the oasis market and check the stairwell walls they are filled with info on bands playing etc
