I gotta say 4 years ago i was really into Blink 182( my tates in music was really bad). I had posters all over the wall; had atleast 10 shirts and wores one every day. I had listen to a cd of theirs atleast a couple times a day if not more. Downloaded tons of live shows and interviews...

Luckily i grew out of the west coast pop scene and now completly obsessed with Oasis. Though its not as bad as wearing a shirt everyday. The great thing about them is the fact that no one really know them over here so its much easier to get concert tickects.. After a couple years of getting into the brit pop scene pulp, suede, blur i realized how bad my taste in music before.

Our country has a major problem with thinking for itself. Most people tar those bands with the same brush, as if they are for goths & emos, and you should only like them if you are one. There was even an article in one of our biggest papers when MCR got to #1 in the album charts about how they promote self harm. Total bull, but nobody thinks to check it out for themselves.

They are hugely popular, but not in the mainstream, so nobody talks about them, while everybody loves Kate Moss. I hate our media.

The US media isn't any better sadly. I miss the 90's where you could still hear good music on the radio. See i don't mind Greenday, Blink nor Offsrping because i think they are really fun to listen to.
