tried emailing for help. Just get a generic message giving me this link. All I want is a confirmation code so i can reply yo my message. Can anyone send me one...check junk/spam/old email nothing there!!

have you checked your email address? maybe you spelt it wrong? (most common reason)
you can request a code on the settings page
