I think Bernards right about it being 2 very disabled people. The upper part of the woman was able to move around on her arms far too easily. She was used to moving about like that i would say.

Not sure to be honest Mandy, maybe it's a prosthetic lower body half?
Anyway it's totally sick IMO.
