Why has this "growing country" got one of the world highest murder rates and why are botht he goverment and police corrupt/incompetant?

You should remember - South Africa is still in the growing phase of the world. We only renewed our face 12 years ago. The reason for the goverment being corrupt is that they dont have Nelson Mandela to hold their hand anymore! And where the Police is concerned - is that the Minister is responsible for that. It starts with him and ends with them.

Yes I am extremely convinced that it will. The global world beliefs in us with an helpfull attitude. Out plans are growing everyday. We are spending 50 billion preparing for 2010, building new roads, world class stadiums, and upgrading our infrastructure. The goverment is very exciting about this phase. The goverment worked out a plan to fight corruption and crime and believe me its in effect already. Changes has begun! The world is waiting and we waiting with them while we work on the world cup to arrive!
