Religion as a whole has been mocked, it has not just been poor ol' Scientology, so why not mock Scientology as well? Why not clump Scientology with the lot? When you have some schmuck like Tom calling someone “glib” and ranting on and on about nonsense due to his “religion”, that turns some heads. Scientology is a bizarre "religious cult" and sounds more like a really bad sci-fi movie than a "religion"? Scientology reminds me of a sci-fi version of Mormonism.

Because they are a cult. Enough said.

They are a cult ... confirmed.

I was passing their 'church' near times square last week and went in for a look. There was a 'show' starting (missed a few minutes) but caught most of the rest of it (on my camcorder too ) and its unbelievable stuff. It is simply nonsensical stuff and you'd have to be really easily led to swallow their 'theories'. I had to get up and walk out, with some woman shouting there's only four minutes left and she needs me to take a survey. Not a chance .... it was four minutes of my life that i'd never get back.

I just cant believe it still exists.
