Hi everyone ,

I'm glad my first posting here on the flirtbox website will be a productive one. anyway....

I'v been vegan for a week, it feels absolutly great, i smoke cigarettes and i still feel the difference.

I'v been researching cows milk and dairy the last month or so, and came to realise that milk and dairy are some very big contributers to cancer.

The IGF1 hormone is a natural hormone found in all types of breast milk even humans. But the amount of IGF1 in cows milk is designed for a calf to grow into a full on adult cow. once it gets to a certain size it starts grazing instead of drinking milk, as does every other animal on the planet, exept modern day human.

Also the myth that milk is essential for calcium is also a myth. Milk should only be used for emergency nutrition and a small amount, but really its in everything now.
All animal produce with maybe the expetion of honey, is so high in protein that it can actually prevent calcium getting in. Not only that but due to its acidic nature, it is one of the main causes of osteoparosis, which is more common in countries with a western diet. It is unheard of in animals apart from pets on a human diet.

Also milk became much more the norm after the 2nd world war. What happened was , was that the government got paranoid about food shortages so then started to factory farm, which is proberbly why its now made its way into everything on the shelves.

Anyway i thought i'd share that with you and maybe get you thinking. its worth researching and i really feel great being off the dairy (im a vegetarian). I havent gone all the way, im still eating milk chocolate coated biscuits but one step at a time ay. I really feel much better, not at all like im missing out on any nutrients but the oppposite in fact, much more flexible. must be getting those animal fats out of my system.
eating plenty of fruit and veg (ok i lied iv been lame on the fruit) , but yeah i feel great, i highly reccomend to anyone to steer well clear away from the dairy.

peace

Thanks! Also, let's not forget that the body has difficulty getting rid of dairy! Its like a natural or unatural cork!

Thanks for that, Ben.
I'll do a bit of research, but I'm on goat's milk now - so I wonder if that's OK.
BTW - you can get carob-coated biscuits.
(And pack in that smoking! Razz)

Many members love to get their teeth around some daily pork, so we're pretty safe thus far...

Apparently one of the symptoms is having a massive hand (a heterobeadle) or a tiny head

I'm always one for a massive hand. I get applauded for even showing up on here... but not for much longer!

Anything you do/consume/use these days apparently causes cancer. Gonna die some way or another.
