Even if the police sees how someone kills a Sinti and Romani they might maybe arrest the murderer, but they always leave the prision really quickly as the courts don't care about Sinti or Romanies.... and Bulgaria belongs to the EU

Actually, Romanies are treated like they have little, if any, rights in the Uk too - sorry, I should clarify that. Yes they *do* have rights, but no bugger in the legal world (apart from the few trying to champion their rights) gives a stuff when it comes down to it.
I used to work in resettlement (vulnerable/homeless) and the *real* Romanies, ("new age" travellers are another story), are really frowned upon by society and the legal system in general here. They really have to fight.
I think the likes of Bulgaria need to get their act together (especially where murder is concerned) PDQ - it wasn't all that long ago (1940s?) it was still legal (ie allowed, not just ignored) to kill an aborigine in australia.....ditto several african tribes in africa had no rights, thanks to the british rulers.
Like you say, Bulgaria is in the EU, why isn't anyone else confronting them? We should all look on our own doorstep (within the EU) before spouting off about the likes of Iraq, Iran, China etc.
