Toddlers who turn their noses up at spicy food from overseas could be branded racists by a Government-sponsored agency.

The National Children's Bureau, which receives £12 million a year, mainly from Government funded organisations, has issued guidance to play leaders and nursery teachers advising them to be alert for racist incidents among youngsters in their care.

This could include a child of as young as three who says "yuk" in response to being served unfamiliar foreign food.

Coming back to this country from the States in 2003 was the worst mistake I have ever made. Every day I see more stuff like this and am shocked at how bad things have become. Who did this to my country? It no longer feels like home at all.

This country is OVER.

My brothers and my sister all live in Australia.. I'm seriously considering joining them within the next couple of years.

This is the Telegraph we're talking about, not News of the World.

I know how you feel.

Some 20 yrs ago was my first full time excursion from the UK, I read a report that in that year the unemployment rate dropped by a million. I also read that a million residents left the UK in that year.

Paragraphs later I don't regret to inform you of *edit*

This is the real deal, right here. This is pure indoctrination, and the management and staff of this National Children's Bureau should be immediately arrested and charged with treason.

It's nothing to do with the Labour party. Read it properly.

Two schoolboys were allegedly disciplined after refusing to kneel down and "pray to Allah" during a religious education lesson.

As a society, we have no boundaries. We are so spongy about where to draw the line for fear of offending others, being seen not to 'accept' that we have lost our own identity. My idea of accepting others means just that, accepting that we are different while respecting the other person's difference and retaining our own identity.
This country has no identity.
Tell me someone, what does it mean these days to you to be English/scottish/british/christian/whatever?
We are all just a bunch of vague, bland non-descript people sharing a small island. Thats all.

Someone just emailed this to me, and it seemed to strike a nerve. I am NOT a racist, just the opposite in fact, but I am not so nambypamby as to think other people's cultures/opinions/beliefs are more important than mine, or the society in which I live. We've taken 'acceptance' and 'politically correct' beyond what it should really mean, so I am posting this, no doubt I will offend some though.

Quote from Australian PM Howard

Muslims who want to live under Islamic Sharia law were told on Wednesday to get out of Australia , as the government targeted radicals in a bid to head off potential terror attacks.

Separately, Howard angered some Australian Muslims on Wednesday by saying he supported spy agencies monitoring the nation's mosques. Quote:

'IMMIGRANTS, NOT AUSTRALIANS, MUST ADAPT. Take It Or Leave It. I am tired of this nation worrying about whether we are offending some individual or their culture. Since the terrorist attacks on Bali, we have experienced a surge in patriotism by the majority of Australians.'

'This culture has been developed over two centuries of struggles, trials and victories by millions of men and women who have sought freedom'

'We speak mainly ENGLISH, not Spanish, Lebanese, Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, Russian, or any other language. Therefore, if you wish to become part of our society . Learn the language!'

'Most Australians believe in God. This is not some Christian, right wing, political push, but a fact, because Christian men and women, on Christian principles, founded this nation, and this is clearly documented. It is certainly appropriate to display it on the walls of our schools. If God offends you, then I suggest you consider another part of the world as your new home, because God is part of our culture.'

'We will accept your beliefs, and will not question why. All we ask is that you accept ours, and live in harmony and peaceful enjoyment with us.'

'This is OUR COUNTRY, OUR LAND, and OUR LIFESTYLE, and we will allow you every opportunity to enjoy all this. But once you are done complaining, whining, and griping about Our Flag, Our Pledge, Our Christian beliefs, or Our Way of Life, I highly encourage you to take advantage of one other great Australian freedom,
'THE RIGHT TO LEAVE'.'

'If you aren't happy here then LEAVE. We didn't force you to come here. You asked to be here. So accept the country YOU accepted.'

Maybe if we circulate this amongst ourselves, UK citizens will find the backbone to start speaking and voicing the same truths.
