Bayer dumped AIDS infected drugs for hemophiliacs (mostly children) in Europe, Asia, and Latin America after it was told by the FDA that it could not sell it here.

No doubt Bayer and Cutter could be liable here but not so straightforward as this happened in 1984.

I am puzzled. How can "drugs" be "AIDS infected"? Unless they mean blood products that contain the HIV virion??? Are there any trusted links to this claim or are we to rely on youtube?

Ah right I just just had a quick scan of the article. So not drugs in a sense but blood products, factor 8 (thought as much). So has this supposed to have happened again?
