i said blackmail him haha, but hes providing the stuff so prolly isnt bothered.

but on a serious note, he needs to be reported, the police would laugh at you, but his ISP might take it more seriously, back trace his IP and it should tell you his provider, also you should put a ban on his IP anyways.
