Sadly, you have to wait about a minute till you see the maestro playing his bass. Loads of other Claypool vids on YouTube though

(I drool whenever I see that Carl Thompson bass)

Oh yeh, and Primus playing 'Tommy The Cat'

Near the end of the Les Claypool solo he moves forward out of the light and all you can see is that safari hat, his hands and the pale outline of the guitar looks very bizarre. Oh, and he is a legend obviously.

Tommy the Cat reminds me of Bill and Ted. Ahhhh Keanu Reeves, sigh.

Yeh he wears some pretty weird outfits and hats sometimes Like on that David letterman vid, playing Wynona's Big Brown Beaver. Actually, those YouTube vids from Lorelly Festival are the only ones I've seen where he is dressed 'normally'.

Erm .... I wasted most of yesterday watching Claypool & Primus vids and DVD's and listening to some old Primus albums, must get on with things today .....

Along with Gov't Mule (when they were still a 3-piece, with Allen Woody on bass - RIP), Primus are probably one of the worlds best rock 3-pieces.

I concur. A day spent listening to Primus is not a day wasted.
