hey any1 else do martial arts?
i do karate and tkd and also tricking and parkour for fun keeps you in great shape.

Yes, Karate, but getting a bit too old now. I really enjoy Tai Chi but cannot find anyone local to play with me. All the clubs around just want loads of money

Safe, yeah i've been meaning to get into a martial art for like, ever, so I started Go-Kan-Ryu a couple of months back.

What grade are you? I'm going for my Yellow next month, no-one believes me when I say i've never done any training before LOL and my sensai wants me to enter the up-coming regional championships, think I will Very Happy

thats pretty good my friend was scottish champion, i focus more on street martial arts example like lots of fancy kicks,flips and things although i still do martial arts i dont do as much. in go kan ryu do you do katas?

I've just started Tai Chi... literally real learner..
I have a passion for martial Arts from my first time watching Bruce Lee in Fist Of Fury..
am really loving the Crouching Tigers/Flying Daggers/Hero modern day technical trickery too...

Dude.. Parkour.. Great to hear that you practice such an Art form of movement..
Any good?

safe, i want to get into the artistic side of it, theres some amazing peeps out there.

Yeah kata is a big part of GKR, there are 15 katas in total i think and the last 5 or so are like extreme in complexity LOL

Im a sempai now, gonna get my green belt next month WOOT

I did shotokan karate, Black belt 1st Dan, kata being my favourite, all 26 of them, got bad tendons now so don't practice as much
