sorry to be a stereotypical Canadian, but are there any hockey fans around here? its one of the few things I miss about back home, even stayed up till 6am to listen to a game yesterday.

I used to play for Peterborough, started in the youth teams but stopped playing just before the tryouts for the main team, Peterborough Pirates (now Phantoms), i'm a Pittsburgh Penguins fan

Yep, I'm an absolutely avid Newcastle Vipers fan who tries to get to as many matches as I can. Never really got into the NHL side of things though probably through not having been to any matches over there
