Aaah the infamous JLV - totally flattered to deceive. We knocked out Villa in the League Cup the season we had him, and he looked sensational...then...errr...that was it. Absolutely awful - not good enough for the Championship.

Seems to be a lot of Spurs fans on here, so may I ask you how do you think Burnley played over the two legs overall (I'm far too biased)?

I have a friend who is a Spuds fan, and he more or less said the same. We were totally devastated, that close to a trip to Wembley for a major final, something that may never happen again for many many years.

What hurt more than anything was 2 Spurs players, Zokora and Fatman Huddlestone, gloating towards us Burnley fans when you lot got the winner. A million miles away from Woodgate who applauded us all.

Never mind, we've always got the FA Cup - we could turn over Arsenal again!

Big Mac aka Super Kev McDonald is one hell of a prospect. Future Scottish captain right there - well worth the cash we paid for him.

^^^^^^^^

Well. Maybe not biggest waste of space - that title can go to Frank Lampard. Or John Terry.
