This has been a tragic week for football, there is no room for any jokes here, and I ask a mod to keep an eye on it, so it doesn't descent there.

This week alone we have lost not one or two, but THREE of football's brighest stars, and very very very nearly four.

Clive Clarke Of Lecister City is last night reported to be in a "Stable" condition after he collopsed losing consciousness at half time in the dressing room. He was taken to a hospital where he still us, let us all pray for a full recovery.

Now to the sadder news, the first being the tragic death of Queens Park Rangers Ray Jones. An under 19 player for England and praised as being one of the new hopes for england, who died ina car crash on friday evening.

Anton Reid of Walsall who died tragically on the training field on monday morning. Our thoughts go out to his family.

And finally.

Antonio Puerta from spanish la liga side Sevilla who died after an heart attack during the match against Gatafe in the first half.

this has been a tragic week in football, and let us all hope never see the likes of this again. It is too much like Marc Vivian Foe who died in the match a few years back.

may they all rest in peace....

I was at the Forest Vs. Leicester game last night, I was wondering what the heck was going on as there was a couple of announcements that the second half was going to be delayed, until both teams decided to abandon the game.

First time Ive ever seen a game abandoned, but it was the correct decision to do so, felt awful for Clive Clarke when we found out what happened to him.

Here's hoping Clive makes a good recovery.

R.I.P. to all.

Walsall are my hometown team, and it really shook the club. It makes you wonder whats going on when suposedly healthy young men are collapsing and dying.
