Seeing that little history thing from the SA world cup and liverpools 'the kop' Anfield will definately be one of them.

Since man united is the worlds most watched team, old trafford would definately be another.

Though as for the final, thats obviously going to be played in wembley

and im so glad we dont have those dutty pitches like SA did..Notice the only match we won in the world cup was the one that looked like hitler took a bomb to it? figures.

Kind of depends based on that idea whether the new stadium is built, was due by now but not even really started. Mind you I suppose the new one would make up with capacity and design what it lacks in history.

As for that huge list of others, blimey surely that's far too many. Feel sorry for the fans of any teams who would play in Hull. Although the Ferry link would be handy for the Dutch and Belgians.

The Hawthorns...seriously?

I know I'm a Baggies fan, but I would hardly call West Bromwich a great advert for the country.

When I step off the bus, its like I've travelled back to the 70's. And not the good parts.

White Hart lane will be part of it, will hopefully have one of the best Stadiums in the world by then.

They are probably listing all them to show how many great stadiums we have over here.

Probably is a lack of adequate stadiums in the midlands though ??

They are adequate for the clubs that use them, at the moment.

Wolves have got plans to extensively rebuild the custard bowl should they keep premier league status, while the word on the street is that Albion will follow suit with redevelopment of our Halfords Lane stand. Also if we keep premier league status however.

(If you have been to The Hawthorns in the last few years, the Halfords Lane is the small stand the players run out from. It was state of the art when it was built...in the 70's.)

I'm not holding my breath about Spurs new Stadium to be honest. Things are a bit different now then a couple years ago because of the econimc problems. A lot of these things could be put on hold incase attendences start going down.

Its still in planning approval stage at the moment, and the transport improvements might be shelved, so just have to wait and see Sad
