I would take the view to look first at why you're an unhappily married man and what you can do to to change that within your relationship.
If your communication has broken down, then try to re-establish that and you may find that you have an unhappily married wife also, and a situation ripe for change.
You can meet new friends on line, but whether that will bring happiness into your life is another issue. I would have thought joining a Social Site may be more appropriate than a dating site unless you ARE looking for something more intimate.

Maybe separating from your unhappy marriage would be a good idea first ........ before you join a dating site ... just curious would it bother you if your wife went out and looked for a bit of extra curricula

Thats so wierd, i still dont see this place as a dating site, its more like a site for harmlous flirtation and making friends in my eyes,

For all we know his wife could be out screwing some strapping young buck! In which case they probably shouldn't be together anyway. Some people do have some unusual arrangements within marriages...

Well he hasn't been back to the site since that day so far so wouldn't read to much into it. He said he's looking for friends, maybe he is.

It was meant in the manner of being happy married and happy looking forward to marriage, as opposed to being unhappily married and unhappy being unmarried. Guess I was ambiguous...
