Hey, if ya ever feel depressed, dont bottle it all up, coz it can come and bite ya on the proverbial, trust me been through it for a few months... anyhow ya not too bad looking..

thanks, yeah I think i am over it now, did a hell of a lot of crying at the time, and I'm feeling really strong and positive. Think I will be achieving a lot now
