I've noticed it too, and like you, have wondered why it's exclusively 'mother' and baby.

Totally agree mate, 100%, there are a few aspects of parenting where the male side of things is forgotten, I can't think of them off the top of my head but every now and again I hear something to do with parenting and the mother aspect is lorded over the father aspect, it just ticks me off LOL

Ill agree there too, im normally out with my blak permanent marker. lol. its amazing how you can adapt the sign. trick is not to get caught. The ones on the tarmac are a little harder, for mother and baby parken spaces, i suggest carrying a bucket of paint in the boot for these ones

If this works....

In Southport we dont have baby changing - its a baby tickling room!!
The picture didnt work - how do I put a pic here from a USB thing??

Oh, and if its a Mother and baby changing room in the shopping centre, why dont you change it on the customer services desk? and when they complain, explain that there are no facilities for Father and Baby

I remember once when i was changing my son in one of these rooms a bloke just walked in to use the toilets no children with him anything, so i went to customer services & they said "oh well we cant stop him" i was pissed off because he could have been a perv or anything, so i said to them well its a parenting room why is a random bloke walking in there to use the loo? the snotty cow turned around and then said "well we have women go in there"

really gets my goat lol

It's not just baby changing that's the issue, it can also be about little girls out with their dads and wanting the loo but still too young to go into the ladies by theirselves. My ex-was always moaning how inappropriate it was for him to take my daughter into the men's loos. If a woman takes a little boy into the ladies toilets it doesn't seem so bad as the cubicals give the privacy anyway. She's 21 now so the problems for men out with their children is hardly any different than then.........but with baby changing facilities they were almost non-existent, so if it's just the room title you can always point it out to the 'responsible owners' chances are they hadn't even given it much thoughtand may be willing to re-name their changing room.
