I also feel for you dude. i have a 5 year old duaghter that i see all the time. i hope the time that you spend with your child is quality. It may sound weird but just because my daughter is close and i see her at every givin opppertunity, it makes me mad that i am never considered in any decision making and unless i am the big bad male, i just have to work round all the decissions that are made about her wellfare and wellbeing even though her mum leaves her at her grans all the time. Being close can hurt more sometimes. I have to drop her off when shes lookin up to me with her big blue eyes sayin "but i want to stay at your house daddy" " I dont want to stay at my grans". All we can do is love, and be there. Many people say that men are crap, but good men have very big shoulders. May the love in your heart be forever, May you go before them, and may they always go before everything. Men have hearts too. Love to all the responsible fathers because theres alot of arseholes out there. Peace, love and happiness. p.s. sorry about the rant.

I feel for you all. My 2 youngest live with their dad in Dorset. Every 6 weeks I borrow a mates car and bring them up this way. It's hard going, but worth it.

Just do your best to be there for the kids. It'll be worth it in the end.
