I have been contacted & contacted by women with more than one child but do need to suss out their motivation.

- Who is this for, really?.
Them (e.g. time with a adult, to relieve boredom, to be spoilt for a change? or their children, or both
- Cicurmstances of being a single parent
- How valuable is one-to-one time versus time with their family

food for thought, but, having so much pleasure of spending time with my mate & her 5 tearaways I can see their's value in it

No luck nrcessary to any of you posters to this thread, Your effort will be reared if it's strong & sincere

I have five children and must admit it does limit the possibilities but the way I look at it is this, I chose to have my children and its down to others if they can accept them or not, if not then they wouldn't be right for me anyway, so theres no loss. Majority of people are looking for that special someone for themselves and not as a replacement for a missing parent.

I am the father of two kids - one "preteen" and the other still a child. My military career keeps me bouncing from base to base, but I manage to see them when I can. They understand that its hard sometimes for me to see them - and they are ok ...... thank god for MSN!
My biggest problem is finding that someone willing to look at athe military life-style and dive in, head first!

Just a word of hope and encouragement really. I have a good mate who's divorced, has 4 children between 5 and 14 and has had 2 proposals of marriage this last month. Both proposals are from sincere and genuine men who love her and her kids to bits.........so if you're a lovely person then it's only a matter of time before someone special comes into your life.
I know some men who like kids but not into babies, so for those of you single mums with older children, don't give up hope of finding someone who'll like an instant family.

I am a father of 5...it does not matter how many children you have . . if someone comes along and see`s how much you love your kids they will accept you for who you are . . if they dont then they are not sincere.it can be hard juggling personal life with family life but there is always a way and if your kids are old enough to understand then they will be there to support you.
