As an accomplished traveller, in my experience it is not so much the language itself that is sexy, but the intent and the loaded intonation of the message, even more effective when whispered with lips softly brushing the ear. Although english spoken by a french lady makes for an extremely succulent sexy accent!!! A few hot examples in other languages:

Love and sex are delightfully international

Love the Russian and Italian accents but especially like certain Irish accents.

It's not a language...but...the edinburgh accent...

i think italian is a beautiful langauge, which is why i'm learning it right now.
