Think its just slang off scottish "words" that someone flung together though cos ot doesnt really have any real meaning. Just googled it though and heres what it came up with:

i am gonna go on a limb here but that is because i am american. Scottish. It may seem common to the average brit but we dont get this in the usa at all and i love the way it sounds. So........send more scottish women down here for me to listen to. Italian is nice as well

why does everyone say spanish is sexy? Maybe man to women but depends on the region as well...Barcelonian spanish has a lisp for example.

I think sexiest language women to man is french.
