Ok, back on topic: Of course it takes the right combination of person, technique, and skill, but I have to agree with the original poster that a substantial fraction of my partners have not been remarkably talented in this department. Originally I thought that it simply didn't do it for me until I was involved with a few women (not simultaneously, mind you!) who were VERY good. In only one case would I say that open communication made a big difference - for the other two they were just great straight away.

As for the women who say they've never gotten complaints, I for one have never had unenjoyable oral love, and have only ever "complained" (offered suggestions for improvement, more like) when teeth were more involved than I would like.
