With my ex - on an empty stage (we both worked in a club) and in a Zoo....
Those were a long time ago though.

More recently in a car, behind a derelict house on the side of a freeway in North Carolina (or maybe Virginia - not sure which side of the border that we could wait no longer, hehehe)
