it has a direction of growth
on leg hair the direction is towards the ankle and is easily noted by stroking the leg. it should feel smoother to stoke going from knee-ankle then it does going ankle-knee

But the hair on your Lady bits dont have a directional growth, like the hair on your legs .....

it does have a growth direction
all hair does. thats why if you have a parting on your head hair and you change it it often feels wierd and won't stay in place by itself easily
and its also why if you get waxed it is always done the same way. if you pull the wax strips off in the direction of the hair growth it hurts ALOT more than if it is does in the opposite direction to the hair growth and the hairs won't always come out so it takes longer
i'm going to stop now otherwise i will end up being knows as strange-hair-girl

Thats my finding too and i've shaved in several directions! Definitely don't do it now cause it does itch like crazy!!!

A magnifying mirror on a long stick I would imagine for starters....or just get someone else to do it for you?

You can buy these little tiny disposable razors in mini packs, they work well for the delicate bits if you like a half and half look. The blades are only about 3/4 inch.
