I had sex with a man on a first date and we immediately became a couple and went out for two years.

I went on several dates over a four-week period with another man, putting in loads of hours getting to know him, nodding, smiling and flirting. When we got into bed we just didn't "click". I think I have a bit too much in the brain department going on. There has on one or two occasions been someone who might have been interested, though probably not - which is part of the thought pattern that stops me trying. The other part is that not really being what I want.

Hell I've never even been on a proper 'date' as there's no way I can confidently approach something like that, so I just aim to be friends with everyone I meet and on occasion let myself hope that there may be more. Hasn't worked out too well for me so far but you never know.

Well from my experience I have had sex on first days quite often, and most of them turned into relationships after, one for 5 years, and another for 3, the rest for a month or so or a tad longer.

if you have a connection and the chemistry is at boiling point, when all you both are thinking about is ripping each others cloths off, why miss the moment and wait till the "3rd or 5th" date?

Its good to wait too, I was seeing someone recently who still had some feelings for her ex, they split up 8 months before we started going out, we didn’t lay a finger on each other as it wasn’t right.

At the end of the day if its right its right if its not, no means no, simple really.

Oh to Leglover, if you got some and you didn’t feel like gnawing your arm off in the morning instead of waking her, then why would you not call her back? You obviously had a good time, not calling even to say thanks but no that’s would be rude in my opinion.
