Well, like a true musician, I have practised long and hard, honed my technique, grown through improvisation and long drawn out solos but now find duet playing much more satisying

thinking about it would I let my car drive me without my control, or let my body control me and abuse all my system by indulging into drink, drive, smoke, drugs, and say it was meant to happen naturally I have no power or will to control these urges.

we live in controlled world at all times from waking up , going to work, traffic lights, week ends, every thing we live in controlled by us or others one way or another Controls every where.

Funny how you mention controls tantric. I play computer games, and vent that way. At least i get the illusion of control there. I love GTA

As for self-control... i find that thinking of things like baseball, and hurling helps a lot. If that doesn't work....... well...... i won't mention the next bit.
