Well, my profile is virtually blank, on account that I am in a relationship and only here for the forums chat.
I got a PM "I've checked out your profile and you sound really interesting....care to tell me more?" To which I replied, "I guess that was copy&paste and you clearly have not read my profile cuz it's empty, so what else ya want to know about me?!"
Weeks later, he still hasnt even read my message!

I can't help feeling that most of the scammers are easy to spot. They generally include a hotmail or yahoo address which they insist you contact. They make no personal references because they are copy and paste. Occasionally they'll ask for your phone number - just to spice things up. Why not be a clever scammer and play the long game?

Privet?! I can usually work out what the garbled use of english means in these messages, but I'm at a loss to explain that one....something the russian scammers have about hedges and the english maybe.
