Well what makes you think they're all in a relationship?
Of course you may end up liking a woman that's already in a relationship, but it happens. Some times it may happen more than not and vise versa. Take chances else you'll most likely stay with nothing.
To the OP; I don't think it really is a question because there will be women that like younger men, women that like older men, women not fussed. It will also (obviously) be the same with men in regards to what they like.
