Personally I think natuaral, but then I'm quite happy with my boobs! My sis in law just had implants cos after having kids she found her boobs to be losing the fight against gravity!!! They are now full and pert, (perhaps a little too full in my opinion) but she is happy with them, and its certainly had a major impact on her confidence. Which can only be a good thing.

The confidence thing seems to come up a bit, Small pert breasts are as attractive as large bulbuous ones. There ARE men out there who prefer small breasts over large ones, The question here seems to be carrying a subtext of size as well as natural and implants. Im just going to moderate my vote to say I would prefer small natural breasts to implants. Women are beautifull full stop.

But in the case of flowerangelaura's friend. If all it took for her to enjoy and feel confidence in herself was a bit of surgery, then fair dues to her. Im glad she got implants.

I voted for natural but then I am blessed with a pretty sizable chest!

My sister however would benefit hugely from implants... give her loads of confidence etc. I can see how women benefit from it and I think they should go for it providing theyre doing it for themselves.

Someone i know sadly had a double mastectomy and now has silicon boobs! It has done nothing for her confidence at all! If anything she feels embarassed by them!

From experience, silicone breasts can look great if not too big, but they fail the touch test.

I prefer natural any time, even if they have sagged a little.

natural, everytime, while i havent played with "augmented" breasts, i have seen plenty of, um.... films with ladies who have them, and just the sight of them puts me off them LOL, and either way, i actually prefer smaller breats to large ones
