It's self explanitory. It's having more than one orgasm, this can include a series of orgasms literally one after the other - making one long orgasm, or when a session of sex results in varying orgasms throughout.

Men can achieve multiple orgasms through restricting ejaculation, but it's hard work learning to control the PC muscle when you come, especially without physically restricting it - imagine stopping sex for a second just to push down on the muscle - interrupting the moment or what?!

1/3 of women report never having had an orgasm at all. Roughly 10% of all women can't have them, due to sensitivity issues. Most women can have multiple orgasms, but some women get sore/sensitive after the first one.

I can do that to, I just look at a pic of Cheire Blair and it stops my orgasm dead in its tracks... in fact its been known to cause a back fire which was very messy and involved a trip to the hospital and lots of rubber tubing.

my ex used to have multiple orgasms...shame they were never when I was giving her one...

It's also possible that learning to control the PC muscle can actually decrease your sensations during orgasm, and reduce ejaculations.

You'll also find, when you do it regularly, that you'll find it hard to relax enough to actually let go without contracting the muscle.

It's one of those things, personally I just use it when I don't want to make a mess.
