I got a few veiws on this

(1) No its not natural to cheat but it is natural to feel sexually attracted to other females.
(2) If your married or you have kids then no its not natural its probly the drink or you just dont wanna be with your partner anymore. In that case talk it out find the problem and squash it.
(3) I think its totally up to your girl/wife to keep you happy or at least try, what do they expect we are male after all.

I dont wanna upset any girl but if your not taking care of your mans needs then your partly to blame if it happens and dont be suprised.

it depends, after 3-6 months if the relationship lasts that long you know each other well by then and it changes, in that time i would cheat, because its not what we had its changed into something im not sure i want, it probably getting too serious and i will cheat to try and find the feeling i had at the beginning again. Before that time however the urges are still there and it depends if i want to stand against them or not, generally because i focus alot on looks i guess i dont fight urges much, if i see a nicer girl ill try my luck.

But no its not natural and im sure there are guys that can live happily with one girl

i think deep inside all males the desire to cheat is there.

Its a primeval resposne.

Our gender roles have changed significantly from what they once were.

You have to remember that we are animals, and animals mate with whoever and whenever they like.

The purpose of a male is to spread his seed as far and wide as he can in order for his genes to be carried on to the next generation.

That IS his purpose.

Regardless of the level of civilisation, our ethics, morality, monogamy...the male function is to procreate.


The female function is to select the best mate, with the best genes, so her offspring have the best chance of survival. Its survival of the fittest. Its why we no longer have gills.

Now, gender roles have changed, we are influenced more and more by society, organised religion and the media.

We have evolved as a species yes, however those primeval instincts still remain at a subconcious level

Instead of a female now seeking to be with the best hunter, stongest beast, they seek a lifetime companion that can provide security (financial) and safety (personal, emotional and financial) not just for her but for her kids.

Guys still have the urge to spread their seed.

So, is it natural for a guy to cheat - YES it is, however, those that control that primeval urge, dont.

no way only dogs cheet ,again and again. It is only natural to want to make yourself feel good and physical attraction is tough to push aside. But the satisfaction of saying no thanks and telling your partner is a thrill ride a real relationship builder

well my point of view is that if it was natrual to cheat we would not fall in love and we would never feel the pain of losing a loved one in any way shape or form and somtimes thos feeling are so strong you will hang on no matter how much they hurt you
