I think you have two ways... You either talk to her about what you want (which is the best thing you could do, imo) or you stop being such a good guy all the time... You two could also see a counselor...

It's lovely that you have such a beautiful long relationship and the last thing I wanna do is give one of my cynical thoughts on it.

I did talk it over with my wife and it was time well spent.
she had no idea that i wanted nore of the oral than she was giving to me.
