In my experience, the sensual pleasure of women is often heightened at that time of the month, so what's the big deal in going down ever.

Maybe the guys who are so opposed to going down while his lady's bleeding are *generally* opposed to giving oral, maybe they like the idea of a little ATM with their partner, and they don't find that disgusting.
