lay on your back on the floor in a seated position with your legs up against a wall, then lift your hips up and over like you used to when you tried to satnd on your shoulders as a kid, bring your feet over your head and attempt to kneel behind your headand volla your in a position to reach lmao or so i have just been informed by my best mate on the phone. I remembered he had told me before he could do it and until i read this i never even thought to ask how lol

Me personally nope id rather have someone else do it more fun that way
