ROFL - starting the diet is the main thing - breaking it is the fun thing! Sticking to it is the impossible thing!
I have lost half a stone since the new year ........ havent change my eating habits at all (I have always ate pretty healthy anyway!) - I just stopped drinking in the house! The fact I am losing weight just proves how much I was keeping the French wine industry in profit
