[color=red]Hiding behind the closed curtains, fearing what lies beyond them.

Fearing that what is only a look a way, is his only demise.

Though hiding in the depths of the dark, he is in search for a way out.

Are these feelings irrational? Or is there an indefinite scare on his mind inflicting these beliefs?

Causing him to become a victim of detainment, and a prisoner of his own mind.

Confined to his own thoughts, escaping from the realms of reality.



Just one of my old poems I wrote a few months ago. I know it's a bit dark but I find myself enjoying writting poems in this mannor.
