i apologize for excessive prose,
why do i do it.. "f.u.c.k".. who knows,
i think it may-be the alcohol,
or lack thereof ...i wonder... lol.

i go through phases, words or art,
hard to finish up... when i start,
excessive compulsive disorder... thats me,
be right back, .... i need a pee.

my mind is racing, thoughts unfurl,
so i thought i'd give poetry a whirl,
random thoughts put down in verse,
its random so you cant rehearse,

so off the top of my head is my source,
you guessed this already... but of course,
its hard to disguise improvisation,
ITS MASTICATION FOR THE NATION!
