LIFE WITHOUT LOVE
Life without his love,
Seems so empty now
But she knows in time,
Her heart will no longer be his.
Men see her,
Men want her,
Yet all she can see is him,
All she can feel is him.
She conjures up reasons
Of why they aren't for her,
But, eventually, one will catch her eye
And capture her heart.
It may not be today
Nor may it be tomorrow
But it will happen
And happen it will.
His hold on her heart is weakening,
Very soon she shall be free of this pain,
Of this misery,
Of this heartache.
