I'm really surprised at the harshness of the feedback that Susan's story has received. It seems a bit inconsistent with the generally positive feedback given on this site, for even the most banal of "poetry". It might not be your particular brand of vodka - it's not mine either - but it is well written, and spelled correctly. Hallelujah!

Well done Susan - you're obviously a highly proficient writer so I'm sure the reactions you've received won't deter you from continuing to write. You're probably not going to make many sales from this site though.

I'm here for fun not sales. And for ideas.

I'll post some stories for fun too - and in the hope that there are a few here without closed minds to new and different approaches to sexuality.

I wasnt being critical, it was just that I thought it was in the wrong section, I read it & thought it was well written, I actually enjoyed it Susan, so please repost it in the Sex section

Well in all honesty, I didnt. But so what? We cant all like the same things can we? If someone is going to do creative writing poetry or whatever, there will always be people who wont like it. That includes publishers as well as the readers. We here on the forums are no different. No doubt susan has been dismayed by some of the drivel that I post too.

OOoops sorry i've just re-read that and it sounds like i was calling your prose drivel....i meant my warblings. I only read a few lines here and there of your prose, so dont wish to comment further than that it was not my cup of tea.

All of this contraversy has made me want to read it, so please can you re-post!!!!!!!!
