Strangely enough I find Radiohead's album Pablo Honey to be quite upbeat. It generally cheers me up.

I listen to james blunt, can only face it on a bad day if it's a good day it's not by the time the cd's finished lol

If i'm having a bad day, i listen to the three cd's of true hardcore and have it pumping out of the car or cd player in my room! Alway's manages to cheer me up!!

It has to be Shania twain it only hurts when i breath, not the most uplifting song in the world but i love it.
