Oh how I LOVE the Mix Tape!!

I dunno if this would be my top 5 of all the time as it changes daily since I am in "MIX TAPE MODE" all the time but................

1. Joe Henry-Richard Pryor Addresses A Tearful Nation
2. Bobby Bare JR. The Heart Bionic
3. Fuck- Glass Charms
4. Cat Power- I Found A Reason
5. Martha Wainwright- bmfa

Oooooh! There are so many! Maybe this will help people discover new music! I thought about asking for whom but think that may be taking it a bit too far!!

AH!! BexBex!! It is when you put a bunch of songs together on a single (used to be cassette) CD. It generally has a purpose or theme. So say I have a crush on someone, I would make a mix tape of all the songs that relate to said crush. You can also make them for driving cross country or hateful breakups or to sex DoctorFaust up--Oh did I say that out loud?

Anyway, they are oh so fun to make and then even more fun to revisit years later. And for me, it is the effort to be efficient. I do not like to constantly change CDs in the player so need everything to be in one place. And to answer your question, it is ANY genre of music all on one CD.cassette.
